Upcoming Forums


Upon arrival, candidates draw numbers to determine the order of appearance. Each candidate is given two minutes for opening remarks then written questions are taken from the audience. Audience questions are screened and asked through a moderator. Each candidate has up to two minutes to answer each question. Candidates are given one minute for closing remarks.

The League of Women Voters, a non-partisan political organization, encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. The League was founded in 1920 by Carrie Chapman Catt who was born in Ripon, Wisconsin.
